Service Protection with DJI Care Refresh
DJI Care Refresh is the service protection for your device that provides you with four replacements for damaged equipment within two years for a small additional fee. It covers damages resulting from collisions, water contact, and more. The damaged equipment will be replaced with a new or equivalent unit. DJI Care Refresh can be activated once within 30 days of device activation (first power-on). There is also an option to extend the protection for an additional year (total of 3 years) by purchasing an extra yearly plan. Furthermore, the official manufacturer's warranty is valid during the service period.
DJI OM 5
For devices in the DJI OM 5 series, the cost of each replacement under DJI Care Refresh is 45 PLN.*

Activating DJI Care Refresh
1. The code should be activated at: https://support.dji.com/care/active.
2. During the activation process, you need to provide the Care Refresh code, device serial number (found directly on the product), and the activating person's details (name, email address).
3. The DJI Care Refresh service will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. Confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation will be sent via email. Your equipment is now secure!
In Case of an Accident
1. The user reports the malfunction and sends the equipment to the German DJI service with a note that DJI Care Refresh service is active.
2. The user receives a repair quote and based on that decides whether to proceed with the repair/replacement for a fee or through DJI Care Refresh.
3. After selecting the DJI Care Refresh option, the user pays the replacement fee and receives a different unit.
4. The replaced product is prioritized for delivery to the user with free shipping.
DJI Care Refresh Does Not Cover
1) Lost or partially lost equipment.
2) Stolen or abandoned products.
3) Additional accessories.
4) Intentional loss of the product.
5) Housing damages that do not affect the product's functionality.
6) Direct or indirect damages caused by force majeure.
7) Malfunctions occurring outside the DJI Care Refresh validity period.
8) Additional charges related to model enhancement or performance improvement.
9) Malfunctions resulting from modifications not in accordance with user manual recommendations or from using incompatible batteries and chargers.
10) Malfunctions resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries, or software.
