Many hearing aid batteries use zinc-air technology and are activated by exposure to oxygen

Zinc-air batteries are with color stickers, these specific color are depending battery size. Once label is removed - battery is activated. If battery is not used, but it is activated, it is discharging, and it discarging in 5-6 weeks (depending on battery size)

Allow the battery one minute to rest after removing the sticker ande before placing it into hearing aid. This will allow it to activate.
