- Registered customers only: customer reviews can only be left by customers who are registered in our shop and have made at least one purchase. This ensures that reviews are authentic and based on real experiences.

- Do not insult and respect others: please be respectful and respect other people's opinions and fairness. Do not post personal or offensive comments to maintain friendly communication.
- Only for eligible products: only leave reviews for products or services that you have tried or used. This will help to maintain the honesty and fairness of the reviews.
- Intolerant content: reviews that do not tolerate unethical behaviour, defamation or negative discrimination are prohibited.
- Administration rights: The administration has the right to review, edit or remove feedback in accordance with these rules and at its discretion.
